APMAS a DFID funded organization engaged in Micro finance rating in the state of Andhra Pradesh. Quality Assessment, Quality Enhancement, Research & Advocacy and Livelihood promotion are the core businesses of the institution. (See www.apmas.org)
Key Responsibilities
* Quality Assessment of SMFI^(i.e. Rating of SMFI) through Financial Analysis, Management Analysis, Portfolio quality and other aspects such as Auditing, client satisfaction etc
* Training the staff of SMFI on Financial ratios(client)
* Designing a customized Rating Tool for assessments
* Process Mapping analysis and suggesting for process modification
* Design of manual and automated information systems for SMFI
* Presentations with the clients, promoters, banks and government officials
