Managed the office by maintaining day-to-day accounting processes of accounts payable/receivable of more than $150,000.00, as well as resolving any vendor issues regarding payments due. Responsible for preparing all collections communications with a past due rate of less than 1%; maintained that rate for more than 3 years. Turned in bi-weekly hours to corporate payroll department for internal and external staff of more than 90; maintained all personnel files. Provided weekly data for the managers' checking account, request for payment and petty cash for transmitting to the corporate office, as well as monthly and fiscal reports in all areas. Assisted with the monthly expense reports of all internal staff. Also responsible for submitting quarterly projections of incentive groups that use the Dallas office to our National Sales Team. Responsible for ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment, training all staff in use of all office equipment and Goldmine database software, as well as being the administrator of Goldmine for the Dallas office. Created the Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) manual for the Dallas office and worked with our corporate office to maintain the Corporate Procedures and Policies handbook as well. Also performed all records management duties as required. Provided support for day-to-day activities for the Operations Department by creating Arrival and Departure Manifests for incoming groups, signage, terminal information, menu cards and payroll sheets, among other items for programs.
