Olympus America

Newly created position to centralize telecom resources of entire multi-billion dollar international company. Established all new processes and procedures covering ordering, contracts, customer service, Help Desk ticketing systems, budgeting and financial concerns, complex
departmental coordination, and staffing needs. Took over total responsibility for several thousand employees across multiple business units. Asked to assume several functions outside of original job scope.

AT&T / Cingular Wireless

Primary contact for wholesale carrier facilities billing and expense. Responsibilities included completion from ordering and engineering into billing for over $360 million annually, accompanied by complex auditing using multiple resources. Accounts payable and accounts receivable duties using general ledger accounting and financial database management. Performed regular analysis and reporting of accruals, budgets, costs, and variances.

Given an entire new market with full responsibilities within 3 days of project start.
Even as a consultant entrusted to train and monitor existing and new employees.
Brought end of month accrual and budgeting processes down from 8 days to only 3.

S3 Matching Technologies

Contract Billing Expert & Project Manager working with all major telecommunications vendors to reconcile billing and inventory issues for multiple customers. Extensive database management and customization of systems for customer reporting. Successfully achieved every S3 and customer goal set of billing corrections, network optimization, and vendor invoice management.

Created innovative ways to coordinate all of the project components with customers.
Biggest project netted millions in savings for national customer going through merger.
Only consultant asked to stay on an extended period of time and complete all projects.

Supported several teams of representatives in a call center environment. Developed grass-roots customer information and disputing systems. Filed and fully investigated all disputes accordingly. Met with necessary agencies for compliance audits and FCC/PUC regulatory needs. Ran credit checks on potential customers. Lead and maintained bankruptcies of customers.
