What's your ideal work environment?

I am happy to work alone, with a team, with new hires, and existing staff. I love to work in an energized environment and am most happy when I can assist in causing the buzz. I am know to be a turn-around specialist and love to enter a less than functioning environment and make it a huge success.

The staff, student body, buildings, program development, budgets, P & L, marketing, admissions, accreditation, and public image were my sole responsibility. Sadly, the new out-of-state owners of the college were not skilled in education and determined that selling the land would be the wisest financial decision for them.... read more

This was a wonderful company where I held many roles as a result of my success in leading my campus in revenue, retention, staff development, and P & L. I quickly was asked to add the role of Global Director Of Quality Assurance which allowed me to monitor and resolve all staff, faculty, and student issues at four campuses. This was a wonderful chance to utilize my problem solving and conflict resolutions skills.
