What are you most passionate about?
User Experience.
Working in the HR field, I see that it is a tight balancing act between creating a workflow that is usable by the recruiting teams, and creating a positive end-user experience. All too often I see the scales tip on the side of the employer.
While I understand and respect how this happens, time is running short for those teams to find another way of doing things. The recruiting market is heating up again, and the competition is only going to intensify as the workforce becomes tighter across the board, and the influx of Gen-Yer's assert their demands on the workplace....
