I started in this role recruiting for Sirius' JDEdwards services business, Point5 Solutions. Recruited functional and technical JDEdwards consultants, delivery project managers, and salespeople for positions across the US. Moved into an HR Generalist role, focusing on compensation and new HR software systems implementation, when Point5 Solutions was sold in 2001. In early 2002, I was promoted to an HR Manager role, overseeing payroll and compensation, but left the company in July 2002 (later to return!) due to family relocation....
