How would you describe your time at Zumobi?

At Zumobi, I was the core liaison between the company and the users. I provided key feedback for product direction and helped identifying core areas of improvement that would aid in product adoption and customer retention.
My quick responses and immediate action for user issues helped
identify a significant server issue that we were able to fix and communicate with the community.
I consistently received numerous replies from the community impressed and appreciative for the immediate response.
I was instrumental in driving user experience priorities with the developer team using relevant data on how it impacts customer retention.
I was the forwarding face of the company to our user community in newsletters, surveys, forum and blog.

I love Sue's passion! She has as deep understanding of how to leverage new media to get results for her clients. She has an insatiable thirst for what's new and she can balance that love of the bleeding edge of new media with what will move the needle for her clients. Sue's a team player that brings a ton to the table and makes her teammates better. Best of all, she's fun to work with.
