How would you describe your time at Los Angeles Unified School ...?
I loved this position which gave me the opportunity to work with disabled students. The work involved not only helping them physically but also academically. There was a lot of interaction with a variety of people, including staff, students, and parents. It also afforded the opportunity to help the teachers prepare assignments and follow through with their development. Some of my responsibilities were: addressing the physical, emotional and academic needs of disabled students. Translating in IEP meetings-Spanish, office work for educative staff, organizing and coordinating outings....

How would you describe your time at SMS Maintenance Service?
Family owned business where the emphasis was on customer satisfaction. The owner was out in the field, so it was a position that required self-motivation. Some of the varied duties I performed were: phones, scheduling bids, customer relations, hiring new employees, accounts payable and receivable, purchasing supplies, payroll and the preparing of estimates....

How would you describe your time at Richards Family Health Center?
I learned a lot from Dr. Richards who afforded me the opportunity for advancement. It was a multi-task job and the time went by very fast each day. Here were some of my responsibilites: phones, patient scheduling, patient relations, inventory-ordering and maintaining, preparing lab tests for outside testing and performing in house waived lab tests, computer medical program, typing patient reports using a Dictaphone, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, copying, faxing, administering tests for prospective new employees....
