Responsible for managing online sales and marketing department for Travel Marketing Associates, a SABRE, Inc. wholly owned subsidiary, for over 2500 + travel agencies and vendors for a territory which included FL, WV, VA, NC, KS, OK, TX, NM, AZ, MD, DE, DC, CT and RI, including all International travel agencies. Entrusted to create, develop, and facilitate the email marketing programs for these international vendor companies: Carnival Cruise Lines, Seabourn, Cunard Line, Regent, Oceania, RCCL, FunJet, Resort Quest, Celebrity, Norwegian Cruise Lines, Insight Vacations, Travel Impressions, Pleasant Holidays , Globus, and Trafalgar Tours. Reported directly to CEO, responsible for management of online sales and marketing programs in territory fulfilling a quota of over 700,000 emails sent out each month. Focused, directed and managed individual email marketing campaigns for travel agencies to maximize their revenue base and brand awareness for vendors; facilitated online marketing services, including in-depth marketing research for travel agencies and vendors; created, assisted and implemented marketing programs to teach agencies how to e-mail broadcast HTML text from their CRM. Lead various vendor initiatives for the sales and marketing department including developing and managing online communications plan for agencies in my territory. Specific responsibilities included: executed innovative email campaigns for agencies in program, providing weekly and monthly marketing data for travel agencies and vendors, provided technical and online marketing support for agencies and vendors using the marketing features within Client Base Plus, a TRAMS, Inc. CRM tool, management of CRM database ??? for use in direct /email campaigns, mailings, and marketing documents for clients and company, analysis of multiple sources of marketing research for database management, planned marketing strategies and researched data to develop new avenues for increased revenue for TMA/TRAMS, daily management of company Web site http://www.tramsmarketingadvantage.com , worked cross-functionally with other department members, including senior management on marketing initiatives, messaging/positioning related to strategic opportunities, product launches as well as issues management. General responsibilities included, but not limited to: cultivated strong working relationships with current travel agencies and vendors, worked in conjunction with vendors and agencies to write, design and maintain material for current and future services of marketing programs offered, analysis of statistics to develop marketing research reports for vendors and clients, brainstorming creative e- marketing strategies and concepts, ensured existing vendor and agency relationships were nurtured, direct prospecting resulting from online research and relationships with current clients, created and managed content creation and responsible for overall tone and messaging of outside communications, managed media relations efforts to further market leadership position. Actively pursued and recruited new travel agencies and vendors to join TMA email marketing programs. Ensured professional, inviting Web site for all visitors, employed the latest technology to encourage initial and repeat visits, developed online enhancements and implemented new ideas to direct traffic to website, utilized clicks per view technology to monitor marketing progress of agencies online. Oversaw execution of these duties: correct up-to-date information entered into CRM, copywriting, email blasts, testing/troubleshooting Web site and enhancing HTML content for accuracy, development of links to showcase marketing services and products to clients, writing HTML content for Web site, web design, overseeing programmers and designers on Web site development, maintained internal marketing/sales resources, developed pitches for speaking engagements, coordinated trade show booths, invitations and major company announcements, created new document templates for email promotions, press releases, field surveys, questionnaires, tracking reports for clients/vendors, Webex support & and teaching online classes for new participants to TMA program....

Coordinated and organized media relations campaign between the entertainment industries of film, television, and music (Paramount Studios, MTV, CBS, etc.) with environment of "style artists.???
