Working in a graphic design company using my administrative skills as a receptionist, as well as, developing skills as I gain experience as a graphic designer, pushing myself to a higher level of creativity.

I answered phones, assisted visitors, and managed mail in a 40 employee metal spring Manufacturing company.
Created a professional & positive first impression to guests & visitors.
Supported the Customer Service department by communicating product information to customers, analyzing and closing customer service orders, and obtaining faxes and files.
Assisted in Account Payables & matched invoices to purchase orders.
Initiated the change in office supply vendor which resulted in savings of thousands of dollars annually for the administrative office.
