Environment :
> I think a job in a good environment (colleagues, desk environment, animations, company's life, etc) is a real plus in a job. The more my time at work is pleasant, the more efficient i am.
Subject :
> Work on a interesting theme/universe is also a plus. Motivation increases at some high point when you love what you are doing. But my interests aren't confined in a little space, so it's not a big issue.
Evolution
> A good position is a evolving position, gain new responsibilities, etc....
