How would you describe your time at Sprint?
I feel that my time here has been a learning experience that has helped me to continually learn the value of true customer service. I help customers troubleshoot their issues with their wireless phones. i also assist in the genaral troubleshooting of Mac and Microsoft operating systems to configure their systems for a connection manager that connects their operating systems to our network.i also try to go over and beyond when it comes to solving issues with 3rd party vendors and ranginf and any other device that may/may not be supported by sprint. I also help to resolve billing issues to the limitations of the access that I am granted in our systems...
