How would you describe your time at CONNECT: The Knowledge Network?
Initially, administrative support for the Sales & Recruiting team, including: writing, posting, and maintaining job descriptions on online job boards, initial review of incoming resumes, initial screening of candidates, internal database maintenance.
Recently moved into more of a full recruiting position - resume review, candidate interviews and job fit analysis, working with Sales staff to define and qualify opportunities, ultimately placing people in a "right fit" opportunity....
