How would you describe your time at APAC Customer Services?

As a National Account Manager I served as the primary point of contact for my publishing clients. My primary responsibilities included KPI measurement, P&L accountability, program scope and revenue growth. To achieve this end, I consistently:
- Developed and nurtured strong lines of
communication with both internal and external clients to ensure effective program execution and mutual goal attainment.
-Analyzed profitability of programs by comparing forecasted revenue to actual, performance explaining variances to team leadership and providing solutions to increase program revenue.
- Developed proactive management solutions to significantly decrease transaction errors, improve call quality, and increase agent accountability.
-Re-negotiated client contracts to improve program profitability and address changing market demands.
-Identified additional revenue streams within current client relationships.
-Negotiated client funded call center initiatives resulting in measurable increases in subscriber retention, automatic subscription renewals and vacation retention.

How would you describe your time at Starz Entertainment Group?

I served as the face of Starz premium networks at the point of Sale for the Charter Communications division. In this capacity I:
-Served as the key point of contact in establishing open and supportive communications with affiliated systems, call center customer service and sales
representatives, management, and supervisory staff necessary to promote and sustain positive and effective affiliate relationships representing over one million subscribers.
-Designed, implemented and delivered specific training and sales incentive programs that enhance affiliate customer service representatives??? job knowledge and the effective sell-in and market penetration of Starz video programming services.
-Adapted and customized Starz Entertainment Group's sales and marketing strategies to satisfy local affiliate needs while maintaining the integrity of the overall strategy and the successful achievement of targeted sales and market penetration objectives
-Negotiated funding of cooperative incentives and call center initiatives resulting in over 100% subscriber growth, the greatest subscriber growth within my Division
-Designed and implemented data collection methods and procedures to identify customer demand, viewing preferences and program effectiveness to support the development of point of sale programs which increase customer satisfaction and drive sales penetration at the affiliate level.
