I served as the face of Starz premium networks at the point of Sale for the Charter Communications division. In this capacity I:
-Served as the key point of contact in establishing open and supportive communications with affiliated systems, call center customer service and sales representatives, management, and supervisory staff necessary to promote and sustain positive and effective affiliate relationships representing over one million subscribers.
-Designed, implemented and delivered specific training and sales incentive programs that enhance affiliate customer service representatives??? job knowledge and the effective sell-in and market penetration of Starz video programming services.
-Adapted and customized Starz Entertainment Group's sales and marketing strategies to satisfy local affiliate needs while maintaining the integrity of the overall strategy and the successful achievement of targeted sales and market penetration objectives
