How would you describe your time at AOL?

Lead all facets of product lifecycle management of Messaging Platforms including initial concept, requirements gathering, design, development management, testing, launch, support, and maintenance. Define and develop functionality requirements in order to improve user experience and desktop performance; create concepts for SMS and WAP push platforms. Collaborate with diverse departments; provide support to existing desktop channel product teams in order to mobilize products. Facilitate weekly core team meetings with internal and external partners. Supervise team of 10 comprised of vendor partner personnel, engineering, project management, and operations.

** Led the redesign of AOLs Mobile Desktop, which substantially improved the user experience while increasing the mobile desktop page views by more than 4-fold.

** Acquired ownership of AOL SMTP aggregator relationship and Mobile Alerts platform; optimized productivity by formulating an operational escalation process for AOLs messaging products and platforms.

** Implemented SMTP Send to Cell application on 13 desktop channels and 15 product pages, which increased user base by 60,000 users each month.

** Secured executive management approval to move forward with Mobile Alerts Ad Insertion program that forecasted potential revenues of $1M within the first year and $2M for the second year.

** Successfully rerouted SMTP traffic over SMPP gateways, thereby providing a more reliable message delivery platform.
