I would love to work in an environment full of smart, nice and fun people that fosters creativity and ingenuity. But at the end of the day, our productivity will be measured by how much we have learned and our output of clean, organized, and reusable code. Ideally, my superiors will be highly experienced, available and happy to give advice.
The environment should be exciting and inviting to come into everyday, and after all we will create friendly, usable, needed programs that are easy for users to interface with and will change how they work or play on computers....
