How would you describe your time at Altitude Software?

The Global Professional Services Project Director leads a team of experts who start where the (pre)sales left off.

Thus leading and assisting the professional services people in analysing the clients' business requirements; they install and configure the Altitude contact center software suite according to the clients' needs. These projects involve a team of Altitude people and personnel from the customer.

Apart from people management I have done the following major projects:

- Project manager for a big European institution

- Project manager and main architect for the first implementation of an international call center outsourcer, currently the biggest customer of Altitude.

- Project manager and main architect for the upgrade and extension of the call center of one of the biggest Polish banks.

- Project manager and developer for an insurance related IT company.

Together with a partner, we specialised in implementing client/server technology by means of modems, client communication packages and multi-user server communication systems. We sold the services, analyzing the clients' problem, designed and implemented the solution. We have installed several data communication systems, some small (2 telephone lines), some big (64 telephone lines; 100 Mb databases). In 1995 we switched towards creating database driven web sites.
