How would you describe your time at Exit Realty?
My mother in law opened a new office. My wife and I helped her open it and get it running. my duties were typical of a licensed realtor, buyers/ sellers rental management.etc.

How would you describe your time at Trump properties?
I was hired by Mr. Trump at first as a bodyguard for his kids, but I was soon tasked with running security / operations at all his Florida properties( 2 private clubs 1 golf course and several construction sites.) in addition to providing personal protection for he and his family, as at this point he basically had no one in this position and had decided it was time to go to with 24/7 professional security as well as HR, an HR director and I were brought in to accomplish this .During this 14 year period I did literally hundreds of surveillances, background / credit checks, background interviews ,urinalysis, reference checks and follow ups ETC, On a variety of people including but not limited to; potential employees{we had over 300 at any one time just in Florida alone.}, potential business partners / adversaries, and or their companies and other people of interest that might have some dealings with him, his family or one of his companies.

I was hired off the street as senior field inspector the day after the Branch manager cleaned house and fired all five of the inspectors he had, for gross negligence. I had only been in town a couple of weeks but from day 1 My job was to hire train and lead 5 new inspectors and over 160 security officers { many of which were using their posts to cover criminal activities}, instill a professional attitude which had been destroyed by my predecessors, all while still learning my way around town as well as the posts / jobs myself. Our duties included but were not limited to; training, inspecting, helping, scheduling, over seeing payroll and if needed the disciplining and firing of over 160 security officers, who were stationed everywhere from gates to construction sites to hospitals. we were the liaison between the clients and our office to handle complaints and were often called upon to do investigations of anything from employee theft to customer slip and falls, in addition I often performed site security surveys to ascertain the security needs of the client, IE. Camera placement, , fencing, parking problems for events, how many guards needed , OSHA compliance etc. Reason for Leaving: After 4 years on board, Wells Fargo was bought out by Burns security, who brought over their own operations crew and I was faced with a pay cut / demotion or accepting a job offer I had received previously as security for Donald Trump on Palm Beach island.
{ In addition; during this 4 year period, I worked 3 days a week as the head bouncer at a large dance club and earned my black belt and teaching certificate in Isshin ryu karate...
