How would you describe your dream job in 10 words or less?

By way of proper introduction, my name is Tracey Griffin and I'm a Senior Contract Recruiter with 13 years recruitment experience in high tech and biotech companies. I have contracted with some of the top companies in the San Francisco Bay Area: Google, Yahoo!, Cisco Systems, Sun Microsystems, Nortel Networks, Genentech, Applied Biosystems, and Gilead Sciences. Prior to contract recruiting, I worked in the personnel industry for 4 years as an Account Executive and Agency Recruiter.

As a professional contract recruiter, I have extensive experience working with hiring managers, from first line managers to vice presidents, to create recruitment plans and fill open requisitions. I have established excellent rapport with hiring managers and provided top level customer service to candidates within the hiring process. My ability to understand company mission and industry; source the best candidates on the job market; conduct proper phone screens and interviews; present candidates to hiring managers; effectively negotiate compensation packages; and close the deal is the reason I am a successful recruiter. I believe you must partner with both client groups and Human Resource teams to provide the best service possible and ensure the recruitment plan is completed successfully and on time.
