This was my first experience with a technical support position. I remotely managed updates on computers using altaris and Windows Server 2003. I also responded to field support calls regarding malfunctioning computers.

I worked on and off at the Amway factory in Grand Rapids, MI for three summers as a skid loader through Manpower. My jobs included working on the line as a filler/packer and also skid loading the finished product boxes at the end of the lines.
