Supervised a staff of 14 in the bank's central alarm and communications center that was responsible for monitoring alarm systems and dispatching police to over 1,000 banking center locations in six western states. Managed uniform guard staff of 60 stationed at critical facilities throughout Arizona, Utah, and Colorado.
* Managed $500,000 project to design and build a new central alarm center. Completed the project on time and on budget with no interruption to service.
* Developed policy and procedure manuals for Bank One's Western Region: Data Center, Central Cash Vault, Operations Center, Telephone Banking Center, and Credit Card Center.
* Coordinated the response to a kidnapping of an employee's child held for ransom in Mexico. The child was rescued, the ransom money recovered, and the kidnappers arrested.
