I have known Tommy since we were both in 8th grade. He has been one of my two or three closest friends in my life. I have always known him to be impeccably honest, unfailingly reliable, and maximally studious. His level of self-taught knowledge and skill is astounding. If he knows how to do it, he will do it well and on time. If he doesn't know how to do it, he will learn quickly and thoroughly, then do it well and on time. I would hire him without question.
