What advice do you have for someone who wants a job like yours?

Be a good listener, be prepared to learn, give instructions clearly, mold employees into efficient teams by taking advantage of their strengths & managing their weaknesses. Make people feel that their contributions are important, make a difference and give a feeling of importance.
