Additional Duties: Successfully led 3 Intn'l Corporate Conf averaging 375 participants each. Tasks included: establishing the agenda, coordinating all briefings; coordinating the logistics needed for 20+ corporate booths; setting-up accommodations at local hotels; organizing all meals throughout the function, setting up an awards banquet; worked with local businesses on a variety of issues; and constructed all the binders for those attending the week long events.

Directed the acquisition, development, and implementation of the $175K Continuous Learning, Planning, and Tracking System (CLPTS) modernization effort. Increased program reliability by 15 percent after identifying development weaknesses and taking steps to obtain additional funding to fix them. Led software development team in developing and implementing EVMS throughout the HQ Standard Systems Group. Provided consultation, technical support and training to executive leadership, program managers, as well as programmers/analysts developing and supporting Air Force combat support information systems. Led team to completely revise and standardize the cost accounting structure for the group. Led team of enlisted, civilian, and contract programmers/analysts in the development of the Air Force On-Line Vehicle Interactive Management System providing operations and maintenance data for the AF vehicle fleet worldwide.
