My time as a resident assistant was a very rewarding experience for me. I learned how to manage a floor of girls. I also learned how to be a team player with the other resident assistants. How would you describe your time at Univeristy of Rio Grande?

It was fun a time because i got to see all ages from jr high to senior high from all over ohio and west virginia. But at times my job became very stressful when trying to get the campers to follow rules of the university, knowing they were only there for a week. Also when i had high school aged kids it was also difficult because they were at the age where they knew they were fairly close in age to me and they didn't want to respect or listen to me at times.
