Responsible for designing, planning and architecting the configuration and deployment of Amity Systems Video Conferencing solution within customer's networks. Work closely with marketing and engineering in support of solutions development efforts and new product rollouts. Managing the integration and pre-sales support of the product during the sales cycle and taking a lead role in responding to RFP's and RFI's, as well as, the technical liaison between the customers and the company. Manage the pilot and evaluation processes to include overseeing technical meetings, training and support of the pilot users throughout the evaluation process. Requires an understanding of routing protocols, remote access methods, layered communication protocols, system administration, enterprise security, multiple Operating Systems, Client Server Software, VPN's and IPTV Multimedia applications and solutions. Understanding of video compression systems with SIP, H.323, H.263 and H.264. Requires experience with IPTV Multimedia solutions installation and Enterprise application deployment, as well as, excellent trouble-shooting and problem solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to build rapport and trust with people quickly....

Accomplishments:
Generated revenue in excess of $2,750,000.00 implementing One Touch???s Interactive Distance Learning (IDL) and e-Learning solution, including the installation and deployment of enterprise software and head-end hardware for the following customers; SAP's 22,000 user, Virtual Classroom in Waldorf Germany, School of The Air in New South Wales, Australia, Morocco???s Ministry of Education, UTPL (Universidad Tenica Particular De Loja) in Loja Equator, Ford Australia???s 350 dealerships and Studios at the Melbourne head quarters. In addition, implemented IDL integration and pilots for several Fortune 100 clients, including Albertsons, Kmart, Orkin, Safeway, SBC Pacbell and the Social Security Administration. Managed, maintained, and ran the Corporate Production Broadcast Studios and satellite network.
Responsibilities: Provided critical professional services in the planning and designing the configuration and deployment of One Touch???s IDL and e-Learning solutions. This included implementation of system integration and installations that involved complex video, voice and data networks related to One Touch???s IDL solutions which integrate interactive data, video and Voice over IP delivering live, real-time, interactive solutions for corporate communications and e-learning. Responsible for Pre-Sales, Project Management and Post-Sales engineering solutions delivered to One Touch customers, including creating RFP/RFI, and SOW documents, establishing project plans, timelines and system deployments. Working directly with customer???s IT and studio personnel to integrate One Touch???s hardware and software within existing networks and broadcasting systems, including enterprise software deployment. Deliver system training to end users and partner certification to VAR???s, and technical staff. Utilize expertise with video compression systems; H.263 and H.264/AVC, and third party encoder hardware vendors (Envivio, Modulis, Vbrick and View Cast), Windows NT, Windows 2000/2003 Server, LAN/WAN networking; H.323, TCP/IP, SIP, UDP and IGMP Multicast technologies, Video Conferencing Systems (Polycom, Tandberg, and VTEL), VSAT, Broadband Satellite Communications, as well as broadcast television studio integration and design....
