What are you most passionate about?

I grew up in a poor neighborhood in Brooklyn and I was a recipient of Medicaid. The people represented by my spreadsheets were my neighbors and friends. I act not only as an internal consultant to the senior management but also as an internal auditor; in this capacity I ensure that our members are being kept healthy and getting the services they need. I worked for AmeriChoice, Inc. the Medicaid managed care arm of UnitedHealth. We were purchased in September 2002 and asked to manage all of United's Medicaid products nationwide. I have acted as an internal consultant to senior management ever since.
