What advice do you have for someone who wants a job like yours?

You need to be solid in how only three things work together. Aperture, Shutter Speed, and Film Speed. Once you have your mind wrapped around these things you can create any image you want.

How would you describe your time at south plains college?

I loved going to SPC. This is where I discovered my love and flair for photography. I have completed all of my photography courses; learning both digital and film photography including darkroom experience.
Where I recived most of my accolades was through the schools newspaper, The Plainsman
Press.
I gained 4 semesters of photojournalism experience and during that time, participated in live photography competitions, ethics seminars, and won awards through the NJCPA (National Junior College Press Association).

How would you describe your time at Angelo State University?

I enjoyed the school and this is where I got my first experience of college life.
I was awared a scholarship to twirl for the band and also represented the college in National Competition on Twirling.
I was unsure of what I was hoping to major in so mostly got my basic classes out of my way.

How would you describe your time at Seagraves High School?

I was a very active student. I played basketball, and tennis and also participated in band as the feature twirler since the 7th grade. I was also an active runner through the beginning of my high school years. I was an editor for the yearbook my senior year and was a very successful extemporaneous persuasive speaker.
As a Junior in high school I was recognized as an Honor Student.
But I was mostly known for my abilities as a twirler.
I participated in NBTA (National Baton Twirling Association) and advanced to National competition twice, held at Not re Dame University.
My skills eventually won me a scholarship at Angelo State University in San Angelo, TX.
