How would you describe your time at WalMart Superstore?
I don't think that there was ever a time when my results didn't meet my company's expectations. However, my ideas on how to achieve the desired results may not match the company's philosophy. My main project at my current job is to ensure 100% quality service to customers and meet all work quality standards according to job code and company criteria. I Have performed duties such as stocking freight, aiding customers in finding supplies and products in the store, key-cutting, paging over P.A. system, transferring calls to other department(s), teaming up with other associates in store to complete work tasks, and demonstrating the proper cleanup procedures for spills and other hazard-prevention steps. My mutual achievement on a day-to-day basis with the company is to follow safety rules for preventing accidents in the store and ensuring my own safety for the sake of avoiding and reducing the risk of profit lost due to customer-related accidents, falls, trips, and other potential hazards. Last, but not least is my perfect attendance meeting my work schedule....
