I also performed the Recruiting process of candidates using Phone, Email, Job boards, and other online recourses. While at RSI I assisted with the creation of an Email Blasting system. This blasting system touched prospects & candidates alike and worked extremely well. How would you describe your time at A-1Best Computer?
A-1 best Computer, Inc is a large multi-location retail personal computer and laptop repair, reseller, and e-commerce section. A-1 Best computer is headquartered in Seattle, WA. I was brought on as a consultant to develop a training program, and facility. After writing the business plan and finding multiple locations, I started recruiting instructors and curriculum writers for basic computer classes. Things were lining up but there was a cash flow problem which derailed the project. I focused my effort on a new line of business within the company and that was the marketing of www.laptopfix.com including, advertizing, flyer distribution, analysis of the customer return and working with quality control within the operation. I am also took part in extensive prospecting, Via: Phone, Email, and Networking. I helped assemble and conduct an audit of the customer???s data base and surveyed customer satisfaction. I was relied on to support the retail operation when necessary. The 3nd line of business that I assisted with was maintenance contracts for small business information and technology needs. This included contract presentations to clients, Prospecting new clients, and the support of the repair shop as needed with A+ and N+ skills as needed. All in all it was a great experience but the business was not ready to make the jump from small to larger....
