How would you describe your time at Superior Ready Mix?

I started off as a laborer, after 5 months I was moved to the night maintenance crew I was on the night crew for about 8 months, and they moved me over to the hot plant as the only night maintenance guy. Up untill the lack of work caused them to lay me off.
