At this time I am at a cross raods I can either return to office work or carpentry, which ever grabs me first!!!

After leaving US Imaging I needed a change of pace so I used my past experiences in apartment maintenance and home renovation to land a temp gig with Art performing decking and fensing jobs as well as maintenance of residential homes.

I came to this company to help them integrate to a new OS which I was already proficient at troubleshooting from previouse company. While there I helped to restructure the different departments based off of the OS work flow and maintained a 90%+ income flow on all Medicare and UHC accounts.

Started with the company right after they were transitioning back from being outsourced to India. I worked closely with managment to help create structure of department and bring in $$$ from past due accounts that were considered cold and uncollectable as well as monthly reporting and billing.
