What was the last really difficult interview question you were asked? How did you respond?

When I applied to work with the Milford Exempted Village School District, I was asked what was the hardest type of child to handle. I responded that the hardest, most troubling and frustrating children are the one's who can't as opposed to those who won't; children with disabilities are very difficult for me, because as much as I want to help, I just don't even know where to start, while misbehaving children just require some focus and discipline.... read more
