How would you describe your time at Elite Management?

I have learned and am still learning alot from this company. The skills that I have demonstrated by being the CEO's assistant has further prepared me for a long-time career in the administrative support field.

I am solely responsible for managing single family homes for property owner by renting vacant residences as needed. I collect deposits and/or monthly rent, schedule appointment to view vacant residences to interested tenants and perform office administration, which I maintain records/receipts of all payments and rental/leasing contracts, file eviction notices through magistrate court, manage tenant contact list and answer/rectify minor maintenance complaints, review rental agreement/leasing contract with prospective tenant and answer any important questions. How would you describe your time at harris bank?

My duration at Harris Bank was an awesome learning experience. While working at Harris Bank, I learned the do's and don'ts of the banking industry.

As the assistant to the SVP of the compliance department, it was my job to not only understand what the compliance department duties was but to carry most of the duties out. Because the department acted as a small law office, it was our duty to make certain that every Harris Bank branch and its affiliates followed the rules and regulations set by the FDIC. How would you describe your time at Erikson Institute?

I can sum my experience up at Erikson as an enlightening experience. Erikson Institute is a Graduate School in Child Development. The fact that I am assisting with contributing to the success of future educators was enough for me.

In this position, I was able to put my administrative support skills to full use and developed some as well. The professors and adjunct faculty taught me how to put my listening skills, organizational and prioritizing skills to full use.... read more

How would you describe your time at Kaplan University, Online?

I was truly hesitant in taking online courses. I didn't think that it was a valuable thing to do and I had been out of college for so long. Returning to a higher learning instiution was extremely scary but let me just say that I have truly enjoyed what each professor has taught me. I have learned a great deal about who Zandria Milton is, my goals, achievements and future. I can now think more critically, research firmly and communicate both verbally and written more effectively.

My writing and research classes have further prepared me for more challenging professional and personal writing tasks that are to come. I am excited to apply the knowledge that I have gained from each class to other future writing courses and my exciting old but new career.... read more
