Reporting to the Director of Operations, managed and coordinated daily activities of 30+ cross-functional staff members who were engaged in laser manufacturing, quality assurance, FA and engineering across 10 product lines, multiple R&D beta and product derivative operations. Managed RMA program as business unit‘s Service Manager.
